Return Cost

If the customer isn’t able to do in-person drop off, they will be responsible for shipping costs to get the item to and or back from Décalage LLC.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the Made to Order nature of Décalage, returns are not accepted at this time. If there is an issue with your purchase, contact me @ decalage.llc@gmail.com so that we can take our next steps to resolve the issue. Instead of returning your purchase for cash back, you have 2 options:

1. Exchange- you can exchange your purchase with an improved version of the item that you originally bought, or you could exchange your original purchase for an item of equal value if materials for the item you requested are already on hand.

2. Store Credit- customers are awarded store credit when the item is received via postal service or in-person drop off. Store Credit is good for up to 6 months after the date of the item being received from the customer.

* All items being accepted for Exchange or Store Credit must be in excellent, unworn condition or they will not be eligible *

Shipping

Shipping time will depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Please allow 7-20 business days for production of your item (specific timelines are listed with the item itself). After production is done, allow additional time for shipment to be fulfilled.

USPS Rush Shipping (U.S. Only)- $15
